Chirag graduated from Bristol University in 2004 and has since dedicated his career to general dental practice, gaining extensive experience in managing both simple and complex dental cases. He joined Eastcote Lane Dental Practice in December 2017 and now serves as the Principal Dentist and Director.
He holds a diploma in Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MJDF RCS) and recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Dental Education from the University of Bedfordshire. Passionate about continuous learning, Chirag has attended numerous courses to enhance his clinical skills. Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Chirag regularly attends continuing education courses
He served as a trainer for newly qualified dentists with London Dental Education and Training (Health Education England) for seven years and is an examiner for the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN). Additionally, he is an active member of the Local Dental Committee and has been appointed to the Clinical Advisors Panel for the General Dental Council (GDC).
Chirag has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has significant experience in treating patients with severe dental anxiety and phobia. With over 20 years in clinical practice, he has dedicated much of his time to helping anxious patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. He takes a patient-centered approach, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual. His gentle and caring nature helps put patients at ease throughout the entire process, from consultation to final restoration. To further expand his expertise, he is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry with Smile Dental Academy, focusing on enhancing his skills within the fields of surgical and implant dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Chirag enjoys spending time with his family and two children. He has a passion for travel and loves exploring different cuisines.
